Refund


We don't accept returns and refunds at this time, unless there's a problem with your item (damages), if that was the case send us an email or a direct message with your order details and attach photos of the damaged piece. please note that you have 7 hours only after receiving the order to report the problem to us. 

 

Alterations

Most of our pieces are ready- to wear therefore we do not accept alterations after delivery, if you think you need to provide us with your size notes kindly reach out to us while you're placing your order. You can contact us by email or through our social media channels.
